Fetty from Tanzania made her appearance! Dressed in the traditional kanga, she shared the rich culture, attractions, and delicious foods of Tanzania — including her home island, Zanzibar — and even talked about Okinawa too. Asante! ( “thank you” in Swahili.)
Big thanks also to Chipo for her enthusiastic support, and to everyone in the audience for your warm messages in the chat! We also tried out some new ideas for music session this time♪

Dorothy, who appeared last time, also joined in to cheer — thank you, Dala!
Arigato as well to everyone for your encouragement in the chat.

Dorothy from Nigeria joined us! She gave a presentation introducing Nigeria and led us in practicing how to say “Good morning,” “Good afternoon,” and “Good evening” in the three major languages — Igbo, Hausa, and Yoruba. It was a special Saturday with former interns from Nigeria — Sani, Agnes, and Malik — all coming together! And special thanks to Ruyonga and Ahmed for joining in and showing their support! We also had a wonderful time making music together — it was such a fulfilling day!
